Total Domain Names
Here you can get country by country total domains information. Be advised, they do not clearly specific that the Total Domain page shown first is not ALL DOMAINS GLOBALLY, rather it is .COM .NET .ORG .INFO .BIZ and .US most likely. You must do each country and then total all TLDs to get a TOTAL GLOBAL NUMBER.

Country-wise Total Domains
Here you can see how many domains are "Active" by country. But, once again, this is not likely including the local country TLDs, we think they are only reporting .COM .NET .ORG .INFO and .BIZ sold in other countries. We say this because of data from other sources. The moral of the story, check your sources and unless proper disclosure of included data is noted, the data is incomplete.

Okay, this is one of the best sites too determine just how many Domain Names are "Active" for top level domains (TLDs) for .COM .NET .ORG .BIZ .INFO and of course .US. Of course, remember there are TLDs for every country on the planet. So this represents only a portion of the Internet, how big is the whole Internet? Who knows, we're still working on that.
